Sodexo, Dynamify & MultiSafepay: Smarter payments for workplace restaurants

Their goal was to give employees more choice and more time back in their day by making ordering and payments faster and easier.
Building the solution together
To bring that vision to life, we worked alongside Sodexo and Dynamify to strengthen their Everyday app. With our payment technology integrated into the platform, employees can order meals in advance, skip the line, and pay seamlessly with their preferred method — whether iDEAL, Apple Pay, or Sodexo’s own solutions. The result is a smoother, more connected experience that bridges the gap between online ordering and in-person dining.

For Sodexo, this was about putting employees first. As Sodexo Food product owner, Vincent Keijzer, explained:

Navigating the rollout
Working side by side with Sodexo and Dynamify, we ensured the Everyday app integrated seamlessly with existing systems. Thanks to our open API and smart code, the process was quick and efficient, allowing Sodexo to deliver a modernized experience without adding complexity for employees or restaurant operators.
Dynamify’s COO, Toby Harding, summed it up well:
The integration with Sodexo’s preferred payment provider, MultiSafepay, was straightforward and well-supported by clear documentation. The result is a seamless checkout experience that lets users pay quickly across all of Dynamify’s omnichannel touchpoints - app, kiosk, EPOS, and web.
