As of 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (or GDPR) came into effect. This is why, we updated our Privacy & Cookies and integrated it with a new ‘Addendum to the Data Protection Act (DPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)’. As a MultiSafepay merchant, you can now read it and accept it, directly in your MultiSafepay Control.

GDPR for MultiSafepay clients
From now on, you will be able to agree to the 'Addendum to the Data Protection Act (DPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)'. This Addendum is intended to better specify MultiSafepay role and obligations towards its clients at all time. Please, read it carefully before accepting the terms. The acceptance of the Addendum is compulsory to continue processing payments with MultiSafepay.
