MultiSafepay is a payment service provider. MultiSafepay provides web shops with reliable and secure solutions for processing online payments. Though MultiSafepay is listed on your bank statement, your money has been securely transferred to the web shop where you initially placed your order.

A bank transfer is processed within two or three business days. As soon as the payment is processed the web shop is able to ship your order.

After entering the required payment details you will receive a confirmation of your purchase by email. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact the web shop and check if your payment was successful.

If you are unable to contact the web shop you can contact us.

If you have paid for an order which you have not received yet, we advise you to contact the web shop where the order was placed. Should you not receive a response within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us.

To cancel an order or refund a transaction, please contact the web shop where the order was initially placed. MultiSafepay cannot perform these actions.

Processing a bank transfer takes 2-3 business days. We can only confirm the payment after this period. You can check your payment by using the transaction tool at the top of this page. If you forgot to include the payment reference, we will try to process the payment correctly without the reference. Should we be unable to correctly match your payment, you will automatically receive a refund. Once you have received your refund, you can initiate a new bank transfer to complete your payment.
