Partner Manager – Italy

As Partner Manager you are the point of contact for web development and digital marketing agencies, hosted platforms or SAAS solutions. In this position you report to the Head of International Sales. Your department is responsible for optimizing the relationship with partners and generating leads through the partners. To be successful in the Partner Manager role, market knowledge and a passion for E-commerce is essential.

You will be working from our International Office in Estepona (Spain).

MultiSafepay is an online payment processor. We provide comprehensive payment services for online shops. We develop many of our own products and features, allowing our customers to increase their conversion rates. In short, a true FinTech!

What you’ll be doing

    Develop & implement yearly partner plan for Italy
  • Identify and target new partners
  • Traveling to Italy for strategic partner visits and events
  • Monitor market opportunities and translate them into commercial projects
  • Cooperate closely with different departments such as Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Integration
  • Manage existing partners in an efficient and optimum way so as to generate maximum possible flow of new leads and resulting revenues in both ways
  • Build strong relationships with key partners
  • Develop clear and effective written partner agreements
  • Represent MultiSafepay at external events and organize partner events – public speaking experience would be an advantage
  • Promote a positive and professional sales attitude in the branch and ensure adherence to high standards required by MultiSafepay

What we expect you to know

  • Experience in online payments /PSP’s is an advantage, but not a must
  • Experience in web development or digital marketing is a big plus
  • Affinity with IT, internet and E-commerce
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and oral) and negotiating ability
  • Native speaker in Italian
  • Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • You are self-motivated, goal oriented, dynamic and have an ambitious attitude
  • Committed to total customer satisfaction
  • Practical and innovative problem solving capabilities
